Day 1 - Pick-up at airport (we can make your flight arrangement) . Start your visit with the Hindu temples of Prambanan, a world heritage, the largest and widest concentration of Hindu temples in Indonesia, dating from the 5/6^th century. It is today under the protection of UNESCO. At the end of the after noon transfers to the hotel of your choice.

Day 2 – after breakfast at your hotel, in the morning go the Borobudur, the biggest Buddhist Temple in the world, dating from the 5/6^th century. Amazingly this huge complex was completely lost and covered in lava ashes during many centuries; it was only rediscovered at the bingeing of last century, reconstructed with international help and since 1960 put under the protection of UNESCO as a world heritage.

The day continues to visit Kraton the Sultan’s Palace, still occupied by the Sultan, go to the bird market, see the making of the famous puppet Indonesian with puppet show, go to a silversmith and admirer his work.

Transfer to airport for next destination or to hotel for supplementary night.

DAY 01 : SURABAYA -BROMO (L, D) -  Arrival at Surabaya airport, (we can organize your flight). City sightseeing, Arab Quarter, Flower Market, Pabean Market, Kalimas Harbor. Day-02  Bromo – Surabaya – next destination (B,L)  - Early morning departure by 4x4 jeep to view point, with sun rising on Mt Bromo, then drive to Mount Bromo, crossing the sea sand, by horse back riding (very easy, the horse is on a lead) go to the feet of the volcano, climb to the top of the crater. Return to hotel for breakfast. Drive down to Surabaya stop at Pasuruan (if time allows). Lunch at a local restaurant, transfer to airport for next destination.

Day 1 : BALI - BANYUWANGI – IJEN (L/D)  - Departure from your hotel in Bali in the morning, A 2/3 hours drive along  the beautiful western part of the island. You will cross rice paddy fields and rustic villages spread all over the region. Stop on the way for sight seeing & taking pictures. In Gilimanuk,  take the ferry  crossing the Bali strait to Banyuwangi, a small town in East Java. Lunch at local restaurant. Then check in your hotel. Afternoon city tour in Banyuwangi by Becak pedi-cab to see the market, the traditional Kampong and a beautiful Chinese temple which dates back to the end of 18th century. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 2 : HOTEL - IJEN Crater - BALI (B/L)  - Early wake-up call. After breakfast at your hotel, drive to the village of Licin. Then in a four-wheel drive vehicle, continuation to the slope of Mount Ijen, passing through plantations of coffee, tobacco and the rainforest one of the few left in the island of Java with giant ferns and big trees. Pause at the Park Ranger's post. You will walk under a shady track with amazing views, before hiking further up to the crater. About 2 to 3 hours will be needed to ascend the top of the volcano.. Take a rest on the edge of the crater at 2.883m altitude. The sulphuric lake refleets emerald color over the surrounding walls to give an apocalypse impression. Men seeking the sulphur descend into the carter and climb back, along dangerous rims with loads of up to 80 kilos of sulphur on their shoulders. The crater observation will take at leisure. Return to hotel, at Banyuwangi for lunch and cross the strait to the island of Bali.
